During my placement year, I worked as a Product Development Intern at The Walt Disney Company. During this time I was lucky enough to work with a variety of retailers such as Asda George, H&M, Primark and Tesco F&F.

My main responsibility day to day was ensuring that all graphic design submissions from retailers adhered to Disney guidelines. Further, I was responsible for the trend research ahead of each season. I conducted meetings with our retailers to discuss how the identified trends, which aligned with their brand aesthetic, could work alongside Disney artwork. I was given F&F babywear to look after independently, this meant that I was the point of contact for their design team and I collaborated with them on designs for their Disney baby range.
