The Brief…

To create up-cycled designs which can be produced as prototypes and/or produce your own range of over-printed garments and, ideally, design & create a social media and PR campaign to promote this range of products and ideas.

Our Team

Emily Sizeland - Project lead

Megan Stratford (me) - Research and Graphic Design

Lydia Hopkins - Concept designer

Henry Shen - Environmental manager

During my final year, I completed a 6-month work placement with SuperLooper, a circular economy baby clothes rental service. I worked as part of a small design group to create graphic designs and marketing campaigns for the brand.

Branded Patchwork

By creating graphics and printing them onto scrap material you can cover imperfections on garments to keep them in the loop. This is how ‘The Loved Again Range’ was born.

Trends Forecasting Research

Based on research from WGSN

After identifying patchwork as an up and coming trend for 2022, our design challenge was how we could use material from old garments to make something usable and desirable. This is how the patchwork waistcoat was born.
